OK, so DD had a fever about a month ago that kept her up all night. Since then she has been going to bed really late (like midnight) & sleeping in 'till like 9am. It is really starting to wear on me! I need to have some de-compression time after she goes to bed, & I like to get work done in the early mornings. Her schedual has us both off, I am staying up untill the wee hours of the morning & then rushing out of bed in the morning to make it to my confrence calls! Not the kind of schedual I prefer!
Anyone have any advice on how to get her back on a normal schedual? please!

What worked for us was focusing first on the day time naps. After that, our daughter's evening sleep routine fell right into place. At the first sign of sleepiness in the mornings, or about 2-3 hours after she woke up, I made a point of laying down with her for at least an hour. Her morning nap routine came back pretty quickly, followed by the afternoon nap, and then bed time. It took a couple of weeks, but soon after I found that I did not have to lay down with her anymore.

WOW!!! That was beautifull & incredible!!! Last night she went down for what i assumed to be her afternoon/evening nap at 6pm, & slept 'till 10 pm when I took her potty (we EC) got her undressed, brushed teeth, & crawled right back in bed with her. It took a bit of work to get her back to sleep, but she did!!!!!!! & then woke up at 7am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!::: Oh for Joy!!!!!
