When I had my lo, those first weeks were.... well, let's just say that outside of taking care of baby, I really didn't do much. Once I had conquered those, however, I was just itching to DO SOMETHING besides just stay at home with baby- I wanted.. more? Anyhow, I got this list of 5 things that helped me to make more of the time that I had and although I don't do them perfectly everyday, it does help me do more with my life/time.
i love it! thanks for sharing.
I'm a list maker so I've always done that one, but recently i've been really consistent with a 30 minute exercise video followed by a shower every morning during DS's first nap. After 3 weeks of doing it mon-fri I just noticed today that my energy levels have been wayyy higher (I don't feel like a zombie every afternoon anymore) and I feel great being ready for the day by 10am.
wonderful advice! I completely agree with all her points!
