My 3.5 month old began rolling over occasionally about two weeks ago, but is now rolling all over every time I put her on the floor. Should I stop swaddling her at night/naptime in case she rolls over and suffocates? I'm afraid if we do we will never sleep again because she will constantly wake herself up. She has very active legs and arms even when she's sleeping which is why the swaddling has worked so well until this point. Advice is appreciated!!

Personally, I will stop swaddling as soon as my babies can roll from back to front. They sleep in a halo sack, and you can still swaddle with arms out. Its not as good, but it does create the tightness that they sometimes desire.

And remember, co sleeping babies should not be swaddled.

The Halo is just the most common kind of sleep sack.  We have one in fleece for winter and a light one for summer.  Now that our daughter's older we've stopped using one at all for the most part, but it can be nice if you have the baby in a legless onesie and don't want to change the whole outfit before bed.
