Just subscribing for now - I think I sent my questions before. I'm off to Pilates here in a few minutes but will : later.

Oh yeah, Griffin's ear infection is back. I am so sick of this. I'm not putting him on anything until we see the specialist on Friday.

Beatgirl - Fantastic news!!! There is something about having financial increase that is so easing on the mind

Polka - what do we have now??? I forgot what the compiling list is.

Griffinsmom - I'd be happy to send a few extra pounds your way I've got more than enough to share!!!

I started a pretty intensive weight training program last week. Boy... it's kicking my butt. I forgot what it felt like to have muscles so sore... my old tired flabby abs are screaming UNCLE!!!!

Nothing much new with us. Emma is soooo fussy today. She just acts like she doesn't feel well again Her canine is right below the surface (bright white, but not through) and I'm wondering if that is causing her pain. I just gave her a dose of motrin, because she felt hot and just seems so uncomfortable. We bought her one of those walk behind stroller thingies today (don't you love my precise terminology??) once again instilling my belief that my engineering degree is not wasted (why do they make toys so damn difficult???). I hate that we purchase so many plastic toys.... but they are honestly the only ones we can afford. She LOVES this contraption. It's like she has freedom to the world. She can walk behind it at her own pace and you should see the look of complete enthusiasm on her face. She is so impressed with herself. It's the only time I've seen her smile all day

Hope everyone is having a great night!!!

: Karen, wife to my : Mad Scientist and mama to :Emma (10-21-03).
I spend my days : : and seeing how many smilies I can fit in my siggy.

We have had a really crabby day here, too.. I finally got Julie to sleep after an hour of rocking and nursing. I know it is teeth here, too. I can see her second set of bottom teeth and her third set of top teeth through the gums. Poor baby. I'm zonked, too. I'm off to work on that sweater some more. Forget that I should be cleaning house and thinking about the multiple birthday parties coming up!

Monday we had a funny/disgusting incident in our house. My husband told it really well in his blog... http://www.livejournal.com/users/joetron2030/

Question suggestions - How about our favorite foods? movies? biggest regret, biggest dream. happiest moment. how we met our partners. how we hope to be different/same as our parents? Favorite smiley? (I like : )

Are those too nosy? Too many questions...? whoops, Dante's emptying the trash can... gotta go!

Heidi

PS Did I already say that Dante's started walking? Very suddenly, two weeks ago, he started being able to stand for long periods of time on his own, and then he started walking. Wacky fella. Now he is also climbing the bookcase. Argh!

Penelope, BTDT many times with the depression. No Fun! Hang in there and know that it will get better. Take care of yourself if you can. It sure is good to have you around in whatever state of mind you're in!

Julie went through a firm poop stage, now has been back to the squishy stuff for some time. Monday's incident was beyond disgusting. So much so that I had to just laugh at it and hope for the best. I'm a little worried about pinworms or other parasites and ickies you can get from eating poo, but I figure you have to eat someone else's poo who is infected to get it, right? Eating your own once - and just a little of it - well, nasty but not the end of the world? Blech!

Glittergal - I loved your introduction! I wish you hadn't erased it.

eagerly awaiting this roll-call fun.
