robeez are too tight, they are hard to get on him and leave red marks around his ankles. he's 11 months old but is just about out of his 18-24 month robeez. suggestions?

Hi there,

We just got ds some soft-soled shoes at Target, and they fit really well--I looked all over for Robeez, Jack and Lily's, Bobux, all the others, and couldn't find any that didn't have puppies or cars on them. They also all seemed really small (ds is 8 months, has big feet, and we were trying on 12-18 month sizes). We got 6-12 month sizes at Target and they're nice and loose, but stay on well. Plus they were half the price....

I haven't purchased these, but this company makes really cute shoes (even for adults! I want some!) and they'll make them extra wide at no extra cost.

I like preschoolians!

In love with Dh since 1998. We created Ds (7.1.03), Dd (10.16.06) and Dd (3.16.09).

I was going to buy roobeez, but now it is nice to know i have options!

are the soft soled shoes OK for hardwood/tile?
we dont have any carpets, i dont want him to slide around.

but, i guess mainly, he'd be wearing htem outdoors anyway, and i usually carry him or stoller him. i guess just curious.
