My second dd is almost 3 weeks old and I bought a Kangeroo Korner Fleece Pouch before she was born. It's fine when she's asleep but she hates it when awake - I guess because she is completely covered up and can't see out. My dh is also worried about the Pouch because it closes just with snaps and he is scared it will pop open somehow.

Dd is a big girl 9.9 at birth, 22 inches. She was 9.11 a week later and will be out of the 0-3 month size very soon. Can you recommend a sling? I REALLY need one, with my first I could just carry her in my arms everywhere but now I have a toddler I desperately need a good sling. I hate to put my baby down, unless she is napping. I don't want her experience to be any less bonded than No. 1 who is very secure and confident and still nursing.

Congratulations on your baby!

I love the Maya Wrap Sling, it by far surpasses any sling on the market.

And I have tried MANY MANY slings in the last 10 years!

I love this because it is super adjustable, I have used it for my 5lb1oz daughter, all the way to my older daughter who is 45lbs and just too lazy to walk.

I think this is the best bet.

I do know there have been a few other posts regarding this same thing on this board.

I have a extra tape/dvd I can send for you to watch on the MW if you want it.. I can loan it to you.
