I want to get something for my sil. I've seen some reccomendations for the Super Baby Food Book and others. When I've looked through them at the book store they advocate starting solids at 4 months. I'd really like something geared for baby feeding that says to start at 6 months.

TIA

Mom of a 7 yr old, 4 yr old, and 1 yr old. Wow. How did that happen?

ask Cathe, the mod of Good Eatin, seems to have an interesting book! You could PM her and ask her, or even ask that question over there!

I just looked at the "Mommy Made and Daddy Too" on amazon it has a chapter that reads 4 to 6 months getting started on solid foods
