Is eight months too young for a tantrum? Apparently my dd had one today with her nanny when they tried to leave the house. i haven't gotten the full report yet, since i see the nanny in the am (and dp sees her in the pm) but wow, could it have been her first tantrum and I missed it???? I don't know wether to be happy or sad about that...:

Don't feel too bad. I'm sure you'll see plenty of them soon enough.:LOL

Ben is 7 months old and he has had a couple of tantrums. They were very short- screaming and arching his back. One was when I was trying to change the dipey and one was when I was trying to put him in the carseat. I think he's just beginning to get more expressive. He's been scared 3 times in the past couple of days and he cried harder than I've ever seen before.

Aidan is 7 months and he's been throwing fits for a month or two now. Rotten little boogers aren't they?

If you had asked me when I had my first child I would have said they don't tantrum that young. Then I had my daughter. She has fits if I don't let her touch the keyboard on the computer, arching her back and screaming and slapping on whatever she can get her hands on. She is 8 months old. Interesting thing is my mellow baby (first child) has turned into an incredibly spirited wild child so maybe these wild babies will turn mellow. We'll see!
