I thought I remembered reading here that Ferber had recanted his CIO advice and that he didn't intend for that method to be used on infants.
Am I crazy? Did I read that or just dream it?

Anybody have a link to his recant?

he recanted about co-sleeping being bad. he said he wished that he'd never written those words.
i thought he'd said something to the effect of his method not being appropriate on infants as well, but i have not been able to substantiate that.
if you Google "ferber recants" you will get the new yorker article where he says co-sleeping is fine if it's working for you.
