I am trying to progress to lumpier food with Mieke as it seems as though she is ready for more variety. We have been going well with smooth foods, like pumpkin, avocado, banana etc (she began having a taste of food at around 5 1/2 months, but has been sort of 'hot and cold' with her desire to eat, if that makes sense!)
She is now 7 months and my problem is that she gags on anything which is not pureed into a completely smooth mixture. I'm scared of her choking too...my own paranoia creeping in...
Should I just wait a little longer?
Any suggestions would be appreciated
