It is Ella's 1st birthday party this Saturday and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a somewhat healthy cake for her. I feel bad not to let her have cake at her party but she has never even had sugar so I have really need help find a recipe for a healthy cake. Or is it silly to be so worried about letting her have a little birthday cake? If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Maybe ask over in "Good Eating"? There's lots of moms that eat organic/vegetarian/vegan over there that could help .
