I know this should be over in the camping section of "Finding your Tribe", but it's closed down for a few days and we need to make a quick decision. Does anyone have experience carrying an older baby in the Kelty FC3.0 (the new line this year)? We are concerned that, as her legs get longer, DD will not be comfortable in it - the design forces legs to hang outside the carrier, and not down the parent's back. If there is a better place for me to post this (Life with a Toddler, maybe?) please direct me. We bought one, but don't want to let her slobber on it until we've decided for sure to keep it...we do a lot of hiking and hope to someday to some camping - car or backpacking, depending on the kind of kid she is.
