So what food can cause firm, black, stinky poops?

Thats what Tori had today when she woke up from her nap today... I think she only had peas, carrots and a few puffs yesterday....

sounds like something is constipating her...though i'm not sure what to do about it. we've given ava water to help loosen things...the puffs used to mess up rowan so maybe hold off on those for a while?

The black makes me think iron. Peas are rich in it, but natural iron shouldn't be an issue. Does she get an iron supplement or any iron enriched foods?

Black also makes me think iron. No rice cereal or supplements?

Gotta be the puffs? Are they enriched? I don't think there's a whole lot of redeeming qualities to those things...

They have some iron in them. But I only gave her like 10 yesterday.
And she won't drink water... But it was only once so I'm not too worried

I also think those puffs are the culprit. added iron sounds suscpect with black poo.
