this pregnancy has been so far so much harder than my pregnancy with my first...i have all day nauseousness, especially after waking either morning or from a's horrid. i haven't actually thrown up, but dry heave all the time, and have bouts of diarrhea...can't wait for this part of the pregnancy to be's hard to think that i have another 5 or 6 weeks. i am trying to eat all day long, and more protein, but it doesn't seem to help. my nipples are now really sore when nursing is everyone else getting thru this?

I could have written your post exactly! Vitamin b6 and ginger tea is helping. Sea bands have gotten me through a couple grocery shopping trips. If I am good about my b6, though, I don't need to wear them normally. There's a thread somewhere on here about what others are doing to help with m/s.
