I am looking for boy names that would work with Lee as a middle name. DH's middle is Lee as is his father's and our ds. He wants any boys to share this as their middle name. DS was easy because he is named after dh's best friend (who's middle name is also Lee), but I am having a hard time getting him to decide on a name this time around. Girl name is already picked - Silja Laine - so we are covered there. Looking for names that have neat meanings. No names of places (paris, etc.) or things (river, etc.), please. Any ideas, ladies? I don't want to bring home a "baby boy (insert last name here)", although I know it wouldn't be the end of the world. TIA!
I hope these help
My brother is Roger Lee. Leigh is his Mama's name.
Just don't name him Brock
: Sorry...couldn't resist. My maiden name is Lee, and my mom almost did that to a little brother
Dh's cousin's last name is Lee, and he wants to name his kids Ugh and Home <sigh> .
Although he comes by it honestly: his brother's initials spell out A**hole!!
My mn is Lee. It's a good name and I'm trying to convince dh to let me use it as a mn for a boy.
My faves are with Lee are Christopher and Alexander.
My father's name is Gary Lee. Gary is not a very common name anymore.
O.K. we're going for old norse names here. They are the only ones dh will really consider. Seriously considering Stigbjorn (pronounced: steegbyorn/g as in great, not like in gentle) Any thoughts on this name? It means "wandering bear". Would probably use Stig (steeg) as a nickname. I know my grandmother won't like it because it's strange but I'm sure most of my family will be polite about it whether they really like it or not. Looking for some honest oppinions from ladies who LIKE unusual names.
others we are considering are Sigstienn (seegstine) - "victory stone" and Sigbjorn - "victorious bear".
