I have a 5mo boy that I SAH with and I just wanted to see what other parents did with their LO around this age. Most days I feel like I'm not doing enough and he cries out of boredom. He can sit, pull himself up to standing (he's very proud of this), he can roll over, push up and turn, raking grasps, babbles.

I'm looking into starting Montessori or Waldorf activities soon, but not sure where to start.

Almost every day:

Read him books

Floor time with his toys

- Likes playing with a few toys that are in a small box

Sitting/Playing in front of mirror

Sitting in bumbo or bouncer with toys

Playing with dog (his favorite)

Bath

Sing him songs

Peek-a-boo

I wear him during a few chores

We go for a walk outside

We get out of the house to go to store or YMCA 1x/day

We'll be starting BLW soon

Can't wait for the summer to get outside more!

DD is 6 months old now and I basically do the same you do! She doesn't have a bouncer though and we mostly use her bumbo seat when she eats. I rarely plan anything ahead, I just go with the flow. She is not very demanding activity-wise.
