I'm sorry you are having a crap couple of days. I agree, things will be better soon, but still, having two little ones and a husband that works long hours can be so draining.

I can only stand to have my seamy underbelly exposed for so long. It was a bad day. I have a babe, toddler, husband and tight budget. 'nuf said right?

No problem. I thought that might be the case.

My toddler had five tantrums yesterday. Four of them before noon and I had a killer headache. I completely understand.

Thanks guys, this has helped...I am crying just knowing someone cares. It is hard somedays to find the strenght in myself to fill the bottomless pit that is my toddler while minding the dog, tracking the crawler and managing the house. It is a lot.

It IS a lot and frankly it's unfair that we don't often get the credit for it--the recognition, etc,--immediately. But I am always so grateful that my mom stayed home with me (of course, I am a babyboomer, so almost all moms stayed home back then)--and I often hear people (of younger generations) say that they wished their moms would have been there for them.
Believe me, you may not see recognition and rewards now, but in years to come they will come back tenfold.
