I never used to make our bed until I discovered the wonders of a duvet cover. Now we just use a comforter with a cover and wash it every week or so. No top sheets to fuss with just straighten the comforter- the lazy girl's solution to a made bed.

Our bed is never made. I never even think about it.

If I want the room (and house) to feel really "together" I make the bed. I don't do it every day because really, I don't care. But I do admit that I like to see it made from time to time. Sometimes I make it ever day.

Namaste, tara

I do - but we only have a comforter in a cover - no sheets. (like papercranegirl ) That way it's easy and I just neaten everything as soon as I get up. DH asked about sheets and I said only if he'd make the bed perfectly every morning - so it's never happened!

I do, as soon as I get out of it, I make it. The house just seems more organized if the beds are made, somehow...

I barely ever make our bed, or the kids beds. I do change the sheets etc regularly, but we are in and out of our bed nursing, naps etc most of the day. So I figure what's the point?
