I would not, but that's just me. I know lots of moms do it, and I have received an offer before, but I had to be honest about my own limitations. Now I am even busier than I was at that time, so for me the answer is still no!

When my two girls were little, I would do childcare for just one family at a time. That way I still didn't have too many children in the same place with just myself. I like being able to have just enough children w/o feeling like I'm spreading myself out too thin.
My girls are older, in school and I just have my little guy now. I would do it again if someone needed the help.
