Hello all!
I am new to this forum and thought an intro was in order. I am Vanessa, my p is Kevin and we have a ds named Byron with another on the way. I recently had to leave work due to complications in my pregnancy and will not be returning to the work force after babe is born.
I am excited to be here and scared too. I don't know what we are going to do with all our time!
We don't live in a town. We live in a small village about 15km from a town. There is really nothing in this community and I don't want to drive into town to do things everyday. I am limited to what I can do outdoors due to the fact I really can't stand for more than 45mins without having pain in my pelvis.
Ds is continuing daycare 2 days a week for now so that I can rest and he can socialize. (Darn 1st trimester fatigue!)
I guess now that I stay at home the house is my domain and it is kind of daunting that I have to do most of the cooking and cleaning. When I was working we split it up mostly.

So, Hi everyone!

Hello and welcome Vanessa!!

This place is great, the mamas are all here to help and support eachother. There is a lot to read here with a lot of good advice like what to do in the winter time, budgeting, cooking, etc.

Hope you like it here
