I've been looking for a good Prenatal Yoga DVD (or CD or VHS). I found some on ebay, but I don't know anything about the tape that I would be getting. My schedule isn't condusive to taking the actual class, so this is my only option. Anyone with previous pregnancies have suggestions for a good choice??

This is the one my yoga friend highly recommended to me - I have ordered it from Amazon.

I have Yoga Zone's Postures for Pregnancy & I like it a lot. I always feel so much better after I do it.

I was just going to ask about this! I don't want to do a class without my DD, I might do a mommy and me class for a while, but doing at on my own at home seems to be my best option right now, thanks for the links!
