Especially at first, I always needed to keep a big bottle of water at my nursing spot. Even if you don't feel thirsty, it will remind you to get plenty of water.

you might want to keep an extra baby outfit too-baby poo can be messy stuff! a large ziploc bag would be handy too-you can stick a diaper in the bag until you get up and can put it in the diaper pail-it will save you a few trips.

lots of small towels or flat diapers or something similar. I found that I sprayed bm like a firehose. I went through so many towels trying to keep everything around me from getting soaked!
