I read this book and was pretty impressed:

Lose Your Mummy Tummy

No, you can't count on getting your abs back to normal by doing standard ab workouts. The author explains the physical mechanisms that cause your abs to pouch out and how to repair the problem by doing very specific exercises - and how to prevent it from getting worse. I wish I had known about this last time but I hope to work on my abs after this baby comes because I know from experience that they will not return to "normal" if I just wait.

I have this out from the library right now! I was impressed with her Pregnancy Workout book, too, though I've been a slacker with that.
