I had my appt. yesterday and GBS swab since I always go early. Mentioned lots of contrax, including a few painful ones. That's when they checked and found I'd gone from 1cm, to 3! And from not being able to feel a presenting part, to -2 station, definitely head down. I'm excited too!! My girls were both born at 35 and 5, My son was born at 31 and 5, and now I'm 34 and 5, still having pains. I'm getting excited too! I know I should be happy to have made it this far, but I guess with being used to early deliveries, this is great for me. They were expecting me to deliver at 30 weeks!!

You've come so far! I'll be curious to find out (will you?) if you had the prog. suppositories or the placebo- do you think that's made a difference this time or just different baby/different timing?

I think the meds have definitely made a difference! I showed all the same funneling and cervical shortening I had in my last pregnancy, only difference was the suppositories. Unfortunately, I will never be able to find out which one I had.

Oh wow, that's a shame. I mean, if you have babies in the future it would be good to know what helped!

I'm so glad you've made it this far!
