When are babies supposed to drop?
Once they dropped, does it mean that they are kind of stuck in that position?
I don't think mine dropped yet. I can feel his butt right under my sternum.
And he's definitely not stuck in any position. After an hour of Yoga he usually appears to have enough space freed up inside to do his own kind of Yoga.
Eventually though he comes back around to butt-up. I am finishing week 35 tomorrow.

I was thinking that first babies generally drop... um, mine dropped at 28 weeks, but I am petite. It's pretty common for subsequent babies to not drop until labor so I would think that it would be a variation of normal for a first baby not to drop.

Not much of an answer, eh?

First babies usually drop earlier, but most babies will go up, down, up, down for a while before staying down.
With both pgs, I knew when baby had dropped because I still REALLY had to go pee all the time, but it was hard to do - almost like my urethra was pinched off by that big head. That and the really intense pressure. It seriously does feel like there is a large melon in your pelvis.
