I am looking for a good/solid workout prenatal dvd. I have some basic yoga dvd's and they are mainly stretching... I want a little bit more, but not so much that I won't be able to do it over the next 8 months KWIM??? I guess I am looking for something that will make me sweat & appreciate the fact I can still do everything right now & not just basic stretching.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated & sorry about the rambling post.

I think there is a thread about this in the main pregnancy forum. You might want to look there.

I like Shiva Rea's prenatal yoga dvd - and I have heard good things about "Crunch Yoga Mama" which is supposed to be a good basic if you have not practiced yoga prior to pregnancy.

I second Shiva Rea's DVD. I used when I was pg with DD and I started using it again.
