When I get mega-hunger, I sit down with half a seedless watermelon and I go to town! It is filling, but not too fattening. Plus, my tummy is really sensitive lately, so the blander, the better, iykwim!
Also, digging on chicken noodle (or chicken rice) soup, soy protein shakes, hibiscus tea, and grapefruit (mmmm, Texas Ruby Reds...). Anything that is easy to digest, is hydrating, and doesn't have too much sodium (I'm retaining water like crazy too).
