I'm hungry all the time. ALL the time!! I eat a decent amount of protein, and usually have something to eat every 2 hours or so, but I'm actually getting hunger pangs right now, after having had pudding an hour ago. Can you give me some of your healthy, and of course, yummy snack suggestions? What's been your most recent favourite food, lately? Thanks! Off to scavenge the kitchen...I need to buy groceries!

yogurt (I've been eating vanilla yogurt w/ granola mixed in )
raw veggies
nuts
raisins
dried fruit
fresh fruit (I've always found bananas to be rather filling, especially w/ some pb on it! )
granola bars
crackers
toast (w/ jelly or pb perhaps)

Hmm...what else......

Are you getting enough fluids? Alot of times when ppl feel hunger, they're actually just thirsty! (I speak from experience) Try chugging a glass of water and see how you feel afterwards.

When I get mega-hunger, I sit down with half a seedless watermelon and I go to town! It is filling, but not too fattening. Plus, my tummy is really sensitive lately, so the blander, the better, iykwim!

Also, digging on chicken noodle (or chicken rice) soup, soy protein shakes, hibiscus tea, and grapefruit (mmmm, Texas Ruby Reds...). Anything that is easy to digest, is hydrating, and doesn't have too much sodium (I'm retaining water like crazy too).
