It's been over a year for me, and I've moved several times (part of the reason he was cremated opposed to buried) and I still occasionally find a kitty hair just popping up out of nowhere. And I know it is him because he was my only pet then and I don't have one now. So I know he is still around me. I talk to his picture sometimes. And I still get teary-eyed when I think of him a lot.
I've had many cats over the years. Each one is a special little being. It's so hard when they go. I'm sure that your kitty knows that you love her and senses your comforting presence as she moves on.
