She isn't the first pet that is depending on me to decide when to pts, and she won't be the last. But this sucks.
She is 13yrs old, just diagnosed with the wet form of FIP. I knew she was dying, and now I have a name for her disease. The web is full of plenty of info about FIP, which I am just learning about today.
But the reason I posted here was to see if anyone else has a story to tell about their cat and FIP? Or even just about keeping their cat comfortable at the end of a terminal illness. Reading other peoples stories is tremendously comforting to me.
From what I am reading the wet form is a very rapid decline. Anyone have any experience with how long until the end with their cat?
