I have a kitten that has a sore on its leg. Is there something I can use at home to clean it so it will not get infected.

I'd try hydrogen peroxide as long as the wound isn't too big or deep.

I would say the peroxide also and depending on the wound maybe some antibiotic cream like neosporin(if its more of a sore. You might have to wrap it so the kitty won't bite at it.

What's the sore from? How big is it, and what does it look like?

It is about the size of a dime and it is without hair....just skin and it might be infected. I think my other kitten has bitten it bc it keeps licking the other kittens sore. I think the kitten may have vampire tendences. I tried to seperate them but they cry. What would you do?

If the skin looks red and irritated and has a bunch of flakes, it could be ringworm. Check out the 'older dog skin condition' thread.
