For sensory issues, a great one is The Out of Sync Child. by Carol Stock Kranowitz and any others by her in that series.

For sensory issues, I like Sensational Kids by Lucy ****** better than the Out of Sync Child. (The Out of Sync Child is good, but it focuses more on kids who are sensory avoidant, and it doesn't have as much practical management ideas.)

Spirited Kids:
Kids, Parents & Power Struggles by Mary Sheedy Kurcinka
(She also has a book on Spirited Kids, but this one is more recent and better, IMO.)

For more serious issues I like: The Challenging Child by Stanley Greenspan.

Playful Parenting isn't specific to your issues, but it is a good book that all parents should have in their repertoire.

Sorry, no help on food in tolerances.
