I don't know if thats the right word but the word im looking for means that you are willing to admit when you are wrong and change to do the right thing. So many times we want to defend the fact we couldn't have possibly have done something to hurt our children that we continue to hurt them because it would hurt ourselves to much to admit our mistakes. So, if being willing to do that means you are humble, then I say humility is really important.
