DS #1 is 3.5 and and DS #2 is 5 months... i really would like to find a good parenting book to read and understand more on how to deal with certain situations. DS 1 had so many tantrums today set off by the littlest things and at times i felt i was making it worse by getting just as frustrated as him. He is a really sensitive and smart boy... he wants to do everything himself and gets REALLY mad when he can't do something the "right" way. Can anyone recommend any parenting books that helped you? I get to Borders and have no idea where to start.

I can recommend 2 books that I found very useful for my 3 year-old:
1. http://www.amazon.com/No-Cry-Discipl...6666581&sr=8-1
2. http://www.amazon.com/Just-Tell-What...6666561&sr=8-1

I enjoyed The Happiest Toddler on the Block. Some of it reads as a little silly, but the more I thought about it the more I realized it was probably right. The things I've implemented from it have proven very successful.

Trying to live a simple life in a messy house in a complicated world with : DH, DD (b. 07/07), DS (b. 02/09), and DD (b. 10/10)
