I read a book about a year ago from a recommendation here. A friend of mine could benefit from reading it but do you think I could remember the name? No. Why? Maybe it's a sleep issue or mommy brain?
Anyhow, it's about book about how motherhood has changed over the years and how our generation expects it to be easier than the past but it's not. We add more stuff even though we have all these machines helping us. How we have no community like past mothers have etc.
I don't think it's a PPD book but maybe self-help.
Thanks for any help!!
I spent my life negotiating for a living, and now my 2 and 4 year old are closing the deals. I now am a firm believer in Karma!
