Hi, keeping fit and active during pregnancy varies pending on your body, your activity. If you were doing any type of fitness or excesicing before pregnancy you can continue to do so as long as you do not incorporate new routines. Walking is the best way to keep fit and active during pregnancy.
Post partum you should eat 6 mini meals a day and plenty of water. Incorporate an excersise routine after the doc gives you the green light to do so. The weight will come off as long as you keep yourself active and motivated. In box me for more tips.
