Broken, no. I don't destroy my children's things anymore than I'd want them to destroy my things.

Removed batteries, yes. It was a Tickle-Me-Elmo given to my daughter by a friend, and the whole house got a lot more sleep after Elmo decided to be quiet. He was still a snuggly companion, just less noisy!

Mama to Munchkin  and Chickadee ...and co-parent to 3 additional bundles of energy!

LOL we have several toys that have lost their batteries. A Sesame Street book, & an ambulance come to mind.

Loving mama to Aden (8/5/2010) and DSD (15).

My ds has a Tonka Chuck the fire engine that is stuck speaking in Spanish. I have no idea how it got set that way, or how to reverse it. It's quite funny tho

My Mom, of all people, bought my kids a voice changing bullhorn. As tempted as I am to axe it, for now "Go show Grandma!!" Is much more satisfying.
