This may seem like a "shallow" topic for the Mothering board, but I am redecorating DS's room in a tractor motif. I wonder if anyone has seen any floor rugs that are shaped like tractors? (Think Pottery Barn style).

I am also looking for other simple/cheap ideas for doing the tractor theme. So far I think I will just do a wallpaper border, solid primaries for the bedding, and sew some tractor pillows, etc.

Thanks!!!!

Are you thinking farm tractor? I just got the Land of Nod catalog and it had a very cute farm tractor motif

Company Kids has adorable construction site stuff, and it is not too pricey. Well made, too - all my dd's bedding is from there.

John Deer makes kids bedding, and also fabric that had tractors on it. Check your local fabric store.

I would also like to add on the suggestion of J.C,Penneys, and Target. I have seen tractor type things from both of them.

Good luck!

Do you have a farm supply store nearby? They usually have all kinds of cool promotional posters and they replace them pretty often.

Thanks everyone! We are thinking more farm tractors (although DS loves tractors of all kinds, shapes, and sizes). I found a precious wallpaper border that has tractors, planes, AND trains in primaries, and I have Wallies to match (I will use them on lamp shades and maybe some small furniture pieces).

I will check out all of your suggestions, thanks!!!
