I am just wondering what other mothers do to help keep their little ones healthy and their immune system working good?

I am a little sick right now and I know what to do for myself but I am a little lost when it comes to my 14 mo. We nurse.... I give her a tincture for children... but what else? Anything? She eats really well too.'

Any thoughts?

I try to avoid any drugs or antibiotics. They supress the symptoms but don't let the immune system get stronger from fighting stuff off. Also I don't avoid sick people, so my son can learn to fight the germs. I give him Echinacea. I also don't vaccinate, but that is a whole other discussion. It sounds like you are already doing alot though by nursing and eating well.
