ds just got a present of a bunch of play doh and cutters etc, is great fun, we had always played with homemade doh so I never worried about him eating it, BUT, hes been licking the new one and putting it into his mouth and then spitting it out... (fun huh?) hes 3 so he understands perfktly that he shouldnt but he seems to LOVE the flavor but im freaking out, the ingredients are not listed on the label........ anyone knows???

The makers of play-doh (hasbro) don't list the ingredients because they claim it's a proprietary formula that they don't want to share with you. All they tell you is that it complies with FDA norms, it's not toxic BUT should be avoided by anyone with sensitivities to wheat gluten. And it's basically made out of flour, salt and water anyway. I generally try to avoid any food products that were artificially coloured, but hey, if he's not swallowing, maybe he's ok.
