No. There's almost a 2 lb. difference, but also about a 2 week difference in gestational age, otherwise they'd probably have been very similar in size.
Ds 9 lb. 5 oz. at 40 weeks.
Dd 7 lb. 8 oz. at 38 weeks.
My boys, both full-term, were 3 ounces apart in weight. The one that was 10 days "overdue" was 3 ounces heavier than the one that was 7 days "overdue".
both were full term, one weighed just over 9 pounds, the other just over 7. I gained the same amount with each, don't know if that makes much of a diff
Whoops. Meant to click "some were the same, some weren't" but accidentally clicked "within a pound" by mistake.
DD1 was 7 lbs 8oz (on the MW's fish scale, which could be an ounce or two off.) DD2 and DS were both around 9 lbs (DD2 9 lbs even on the MW's fish scale, DS 8.14 on the hospital scale, 2 hours old.)
Both full-term. DD was 5 lb 13 oz ds was 8 lb 7 oz. So about 2.5 lbs difference.
