i started getting periodic flutters about two weeks ago ... and every once in a while, i get a fairly solid thud, but nothing yet regular enough for me - i'm very impatient about this, because i know from last time around that as soon as i can feel little one moving regularly, i relax a ton!

ETA: i'm 16w4d.

I have for about 2 weeks now. Flutters and thumps here and there. I'm 16 weeks and 3 days and can't wait for them to become regular.

Just some flutters and one obvious thump the other night. Its my first and I'm 15 weeks so I'm waiting a little longer for the real thing.

I was sure sure sure that I felt the baby moving about the other day --then about five minutes later a semi painful and obnoxiously loud fart was passed. Bummer.

Oh well -- I saw the little guy wiggling about yesterday on an ultrasound so I know s/he's in there and busy.

: I've been THERE!

**

But for the last 10 days, I've felt the babe move several times per day (mostly when I first go to bed). I can even press gently on my (very) low abdomen, and get it to respond back. It's been very cool - - but I'm still looking forward to the days when you can see the whole foot (or elbow, etc) move all across the belly! THAT'S fun!

Yep, I've been feeling daily movement since 14 weeks. Lately I feel it more and more all during the day, just felt it! lol I only felt quickening once but have instead felt thumbs and rolls from the beginning. The first week it was only laying down, then it was sitting still and now I'll sometimes feel it when I'm standing or moving so this little one is definitely getting bigger!

I hope you feel it soon - remember that posterior vs. anterior make a difference in how soon you feel it. With Nathan I felt it beginning at 16 weeks but I was fortunate in the placement of everything in there.

I still haven't felt anything. I am 15 weeks and 3 days. I thought I felt something a week or so ago, but yeah it was gas... I don't feel pregnant! I am still in my normal clothes, and just don't feel pregnant.

I've felt a flutter here and there every few days or so for the last few weeks. Nothing huge but also not gas!

I've been feeling movement for the past week or so (16 weeks) but not an all the time type thing. Mostly when I'm still and nothings going on I'm more in tune with my body.

1st pregnancy I felt movement at 15 weeks.

I KNOW I felt it last night! I had just drank a glass of ice cold water and was getting ready to do some yoga but I laid on the floor on my back for a minute to stretch & was talking to DH and there it was, my little jumping bean!!!!!!

I'm jealous ladies! I haven't felt a blessed thing. I felt my son at 18 weeks, don't know if there were "flutters" before then, but at 18 weeks I felt a definite *POKE* and knew without a doubt what it was. I'm only 16 weeks now, so I'm trying to be patient. (This baby's placenta is on the front of my uterus, would that cushion the kicks?)

*twiddles her thumbs and waits some more*

I've been feeling this one since Tuesday, but only a few times. The strongest was last night when Adia woke up crying -- baby gave me a big thump! It was cute.

Alyssa, that placenta in front could mean you won't feel it as soon as you would have otherwise. It's a little insulation. The earliest I have felt anything is 16 weeks cause of that darned uterus that tilts way back. I figure I have about two weeks before I can be sure I feel the baby.

That's happened to me a few times too. MAJOR intestinal activity I guess.

Speaking of which, anyone else really gassy? :

I think I feel my lil one sometimes.. I'll be 14 weeks on Thursday (how is everyone counting? From the last day of your last period of from conception? Just curious). I think I felt him (or her) a couple of times.. I can't wait for it to become regular, also.

It started a few days ago, but since then I've been feeling kicks at least twice a day. Chasing around a 2 year old, I must have not been paying attention enough during the "fluttering" phase, which I clearly felt last time.

I'm at 15 weeks (since conception).

I'm 17 weeks and feeing very regular kicks. From the inside and the outside if I lay my hand on my belly. Usually in the morning and evening. Its thrilling to be made aware of the babies presence!

When I took a nap yesterday I felt slight flutters -- like tiny waves. I felt the same with #2 so I imagine it must be the baby!!

I think I'm starting to feel the little one. The first time was in the middle of the night and the movement felt like a very slow heartbeat ... a friend mentioned it could be hiccups. Then yesterday I felt it again, but for about 5 minutes straight rather than just a couple times.

I'm feeling thumps and nudges. It took a while before I was confident that that was what I was feeling, but they are getting more frequent and I'm noticing more patterns. They always seem stronger after I drink something cold (water, milk, anything!)
