Hi

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and took my first raspberry leaf capsule (couldn't face drinking the tea : ) a couple of hours ago.

I've just been sick. Could it be my body objecting to the capsule, or is raspberry leaf fairly inoffensive?

Thanks

I'm sorry but no idea...I've never heard of that happening before. Maybe it is a coincidence...but I guess you'll find out for sure if you take it again?

I guess so - I'll have to see how tomorrow's goes......

Most likely a bug or something if its not something that people have heard of though. *sigh* Just what you need when you're heavily pregnant.

The tea itself can soothe an upset stomach. Its likely the glycerin or whatever the capsule was made from is what made you sick. The tea is yummy!! Give it a try
