Now that everyone has had time with their first, second, or tenth child, I thought this would be enjoyed. I saw it on another message board and had to share, everyone needs a good laugh especially when having a cruddy day with kiddos.

Yikes!!!! Thats prett scary stuff-reminds me of what my grandma said after Arlo was born "Now husbands need attention too, dont forget to take care of Brandon" Even Brandon laughed at that one.

Shes just from a different time.....actually the time of that magazine clip.

I find that this is the standard I hold for myself. I have to admit that the house is rarely pickedup when he comes home but he doesn't notice if it is unless I mention it. I do try to make the house a peaceful place and I am failing there- he said tonight that the baby's crying was driving him crazy. He was growling at the baby to be quiet. Sometimes I wonder how he thinks I manage all day. I do try but I am really upset today so I'm sorry for bashing him like this. he is a good man.:

No wonder so many women from that era are now bitter old ladies. I think I'd be a bitter young lady if I had to try to live up to that. I already beat myself up regularly and my dh isn't hard me at all.

Jessica, mama to Emma, 7, Mattie, 5.5 and Lilly, 3 and someone new this Halloween-ish.
