This is really annoying...for the past few months I've been "leaking" a bit when I sneeze or cough really hard, unless I happen to have gone to the bathroom within the past 10 minutes!

Sigh...anyone else leaking? Yes, I'm doing my kegels, no they aren't helping.

Mom to Liz (14) and Dillon (3) and Mitchell FINALLY born 7/11/10!

The only time I've had this happen was a few months ago, after about the 6th time throwing up in a day, I'd have to start shoving a washcloth between my legs. But once I stopped throwing up as frequently it stopped. Don't give up on those Kegels, or any other exercise; it certainly can't hurt.

HAHAHA! This just happened to me the other night. I let out a GIGANTIC sneeze and had had to pee for at least an hour but was too busy to go. I stood up and told my husband, I just leaked- that's what I get for not going an hour ago.
He thought that was pretty gross. :-) Just wait if he thinks that is the grossest thing coming!

Yeah... I stop and cross my knees to sneeze.

And i've got a little packet of those ultra-thin pantiliners for extremely sneezy/leaky/laughy days. Nothing worse than putting on a fresh pair of undies and AAAAAAACHOOOOO!!!

Yep. I'm a panty-liner wearing, leg-crossing sneezer and cougher myself. One of the joys of pregnancy (and beyond for a while).

Yeah, me too, once a couple days ago. I had become lax with the Kegels. I'm back on 'em.

Oh yeah, been wearing pantiliners for months now. It's a little discouraging, because I'd just kegeled my way back to continence after DD's birth. Apparently I still have more work to do. :

I do find my success rate varies with the baby's position. Some days I have no problems, other days no luck at all. I figure it's only going to get worse as the pressure increases.

A couple of weeks ago day I peed myself while laughing at my mother in the store, and then the other day I peed myself a little IN CLASS when my friend made me laugh really hard. I felt like I was in kindergarden instead of a senior in college.

Oh my GOD! This happened to me for the first time last night! I'm on the mend from a yucky chest cold and was at my mom's, coughing up a storm. I had to change myself at her place, and TWICE when I got home. This only happened once or twice with DS, and at the very very end. I was shocked yesterday-it was actually pretty funny.

That was one of the worst parts of morning sickness for me... heaving so hard I'd wet myself Am terrible at remembering to do kegels... something I'd sure I'll regret after baby's born.

I've been having that problem for awhile now. I just weat pantiliners or a pad everyday. The most emabarassing time for me was when I was 8mths pg with dd. I had a terrible cold. I got up in the morning to go to the bathroom and had a coughing fit in the middle of the kitchen and woosh pee everywhere I felt like crying
