Did anyone go into labor last night with the full moon? I was really hoping I would, but alas, I am still pregnant. :

Mom to DD#1 8/04, nursed 43 months, DD#2 8/06, nursed 21 months and DD#3 9/08, still nursing strong

Nope - still definitely pregnant! On the good side though, Little Bean decided he was comfortable last night and didn't have me guessing with a couple of hours of contractions!

ColoradoMama, you're very lucky. I was guessing from the afternoon on, when I got pink tinged mucous that didn't let up until I went to bed. Of course the couple of cx I had were so minor that I didn't even have to concentrate through them. Bah.

I am still here too. I'm not unhappy with that though. The babe will come soon enough. I did kinda think I was going into labour last night though with the way I felt all day. (and the moon)

Well, I just got one night off - the contractions are back today. I've had a couple of pretty strong ones, but it still doesn't feel like labor yet. This babe just can't make up his mind!

Nothin' doin' over here. Ho hum. Twiddling my thumbs! There are storms in the forecast, so I'm hoping the change in barometric pressure will do something.:

This kid of mine is still comfy apparently. I, however, am not.

Thought I was in labor last night for a good 4 hours or so, but it died off. Nothing at all today to report. Wouldn't ya know.

I, too, had a little bit of something last night, like three contractions. I mean, they were so nonplussing I'm not sure they were even anything, but they did come and go and were like menstrual cramps.

My EDD is Aug. 19, so I think my guy is hanging on until the new moon.

Turns out my water spontaneously broke on the 9th...not that it put me into labor LOL. I just posted my story up above.

PLUS the hospital was beyond maximum capacity when I got there -- I will forever believe the full moon theory now! A nurse also mentioned that there was a major barometric shift on that day too, so I guess between both of those things, it got lots of babies on their way!
