Spinning off from the Tuesday thread....

I was thinking of the nursery rhyme and got to wondering what kinds of babies we have (or will have for those of us who are left).

Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go,
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

Gosh, I feel kinda bad for those Wednesday and Saturday babes!

My newborn was born on a Sunday, but my dd was born on a Wednesday, so that rhyme always made me sad for her.

Jam 7, Peanut Butter 5, and Bread 2.

I could only vote once so I voted for my firstborn (who was born on a Thurs.)... but my second was born on a Sat. (and he IS hardworking so that makes sense... he won't *have to* work hard for his living... he just will ).

Mama to 4 amazing little people, another little expected 3/6/12!

I was born on a Tuesday (had a little something to do with the 4th of July being Thursday, and the doc being ready for vacation ), and my mom used to always quote the "full of grace" to me. The funny part is that I am THE most clumsy/awkward person ever. There is no grace to my step. My one year in dance lessons as a kid was comical.

So, it was always a huge joke at my house growing up.

I didn't even think about multiple choice for other kids - and I even have one myself! Duh! Sorry about that!
