I am 7 weeks and had an U/S last Monday which showed a nice healthy heart beat. However, by Thursday my pregnancy symptoms were beginning to fade and I had really bad morning sickness so it's pretty obvious when suddenly I don't feel either hungry or sick. I am on progesterone support so no spotting or anything yet (body will hold onto the pregnancy so long as there is progesterone in the blood stream). I go for another U/S tomorrow morning to see whether that little heart beat is still there or my feelings are correct...so sad...

Hi,

I am just peeking in from the May 2006 board to say it may not be anything bad. I started to have bad morning sickness at week 6 and by week 8 I was done with it. No more morning sickness since then.
With everybody else complaining so much I was already worried that I was feeling too well and something must have happened.
But I am 25 weeks now and baby is still looking good. You may just be lucky.
Good luck on your U/S.

Another person here whose sickness went away very quickly. I was only mildly sick for a couple weeks, now I feel great again except for being lazy.

Please keep us updated on what you find out.

I've been feeling 'better' in the last couple of days & am worried too. Although it can just be an 'easier' pregnancy. My first was like that.
Try not to worry!

for you and your intense fears, mama.
I felt like that through a lot of my first viable pregnancy, because I'd had two prior miscarriages. I was so afraid I'd lose her.

If it helps, with my last pregnancy (and this one so far) I've had no pregnancy symptoms other than peeing more often.
While with my first I had INTENSE 24-hour morning sickness the entire 9 months, horrible pain, sleepiness, cravings, et all...

Thank you for all your kind replies -- it got me through the wait to this mornings' U/S appt. Evidently my morning sickness really did just go away because everything looked great!!!!

I cannot believe how different this pregnancy is from others -- WEIRD to say the least but I can hardly complain to be feeling very good .

My fertility clinic gave me my "graduation papers" and I am officially off to the midwife/physician group!
