Just wondering if there is anything I can do to encourage my passing the GBS test. Like taking extra garlic or acidopholus? Anyone know of anything? TIA

I have heard of several ways to "beat" it once you test positive, but never of how to pass in the first place. My guess would be (not that I know anything about all this stuff...) that if the garlic, vitamin C, echinacea, etc. help to "get rid of it", it may help prevent it too, right?

I don't know what I'm talking about, I just have been reading a lot about it.
