I've started taking shorter walks and that seems to be less exhausting. Ever since I cut way back on my walking and yoga my hips and lower back have started to hurt, something that I have pretty much managed to escape from this pregnancy. So it looks like I'll get back to moving. I was a little nervous that it would get things going before I was ready but I only have 6 days till my "due date" so I'm feeling quite ready.
Mrs Hos I'm glad you mentioned the birth ball. I was sitting on it yesterday and rocking on it, so I'm glad to know this helps too! This is my third baby but I feel like its my first!
