First off, the baby has me craving milk. All dairy all the time. Fine, right? NO. I'm lactose intolerant! I got that lactose free milk now, but it's hard being out at a friend's house and craving a big tall glass of milk. I used to hate milk. Really... the mere appearance milk would make my stomach do flips. Now that's all I want.

And the baby has now caused me to become nauseated at the mention of chocolate. WTF? MY FAVORITE FOOD!

So, I'm now wanting my least favorite food all the time, and I can't stand my favorite food. What's up with that?

I had to yell at the father for that one. He hates chocolate, too. The kid's taking after him already!

Can you take lactaid pills so you can enjoy the diary? I know the lactose free stuff tastes funny (atleast to me anyway.)
Maybe the aversion to chocloate is a good thing b/c of the caffine. I love chocolate but limit it to very little for the caffine. My last pg I was so anal about my health I never had chocolate until I was 6mth pp. Thats a big deal to me considering I have no will power and can eat chocolate until I throw up. lol

Maybe your body is craving calcium I would love if my body didn't want chocolate, but I want to eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don't though, of course

I had this problem with my last pregnancy so I told my doctor and she put me on a prenatal that has more calcium in it.
Ask your dr.
